CPD Level 3 In First Response to a Medical Incident (FRMI)
Our Level 3 qualification in First Response to a Medical Incident is a combination course that has two certificates in one, covering both Level 3 First Aid at Work and Level 3 FRMI.
About The Course:
Our comprehensive course in First Response to a Medical Incident is aimed at anyone working in teams or on a large premises where incident management is a requirement, as well as First Aid at Work.
When embarking on this qualification, learners can expect a full First Aid at Work course that includes a wide range of scenarios. In return, this enables the learner to manage the scene of an incident to prevent further loss of life or collision with other vehicles.
Topics Covered:
The goal of this course is to ensure that learners feel confident in handling complex situations methodologically and calmly. With this in mind, throughout the course, several different topics will be covered, including the following:
- First Aid at Work
- Incident Management
- Casualty Evacuation
- CPR & BLS
- Minor & Major Injuries
- Defibrillator Devices
- Basic Crowd Management
Course Details:
The course is assessed via practical assessments with an RQF registered test paper. This means that we ask that all learners have a basic understanding of English reading and writing.
On completion of all assessments, learners will be accredited for three years by Security CPD Global Ltd and the RQF Awarding Body.
